Saturday, March 15: Newton High School standout Justin Zerger’s college team loses to Tufts Jumbos

On Saturday, March 15, former Newton High School standout Justin Zerger’s current college team, the Pomona-Pitzer Sagehens, lost 6-2 in their NCAA Division III baseball game against the Tufts Jumbos.

The game took place at Alumni Field. This was their first matchup against the Jumbos this season.

The Sagehens’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 15 at 1 p.m. at Alumni Field against Tufts Jumbos.
