Valley Center High School was well-represented by Alex Gillig and two former teammates now on Newman Jets during the NCAA Division II baseball game on Friday, April 11

On Friday, April 11, three former Valley Center High School standouts, including Alex Gillig, DJ Michaud and Jared Newton’s current college team, the Newman Jets, lost 10-6 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Northwest Missouri State Bearcats.

The game took place at Bearcat Baseball Field. This was their first matchup against the Bearcats this season.

The Jets’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 12 at 2 p.m. at Bearcat Baseball Field against Northwest Missouri State Bearcats.
