3.5% of citizens unemployed in Harvey County in 2021

Harvey County recorded an unemployment rate of 3.5% among residents aged 16 and 65 years old in 2021. That’s 614 people out of the 34,006 living in Harvey County at the time, according to data obtained from the U.S. Census Bureau.

The unemployment rate in Harvey County has remained fairly stable compared to the 3.5% registered in 2020.

The percentage of people unemployed in Harvey County was less than the statewide unemployment rate of 4%.

Of the 17,006 people who had a job during that time, 5 were employed in the Armed Forces and 17,001 belonged to the civilian labor force.
