While the City of Leoti has been working with our partner MB Construction & Ionworks to implement our new Smart Meter data to our Gworks Utility Billing Software, we have reached a final conversation point. There will be a delay in sending out this month’s statements to afford time to perform a customer audit to ensure all information is correct prior to delivering billing statements. Statements for this month will be delivered no later than December 5th, 2022. As a result of the delay all late fees for this billing cycle will be waived. As with any software conversion there may be some minor issues to work out as we move forward.
