Of the 761 people living in Mount Hope in 2020, 49.9 percent (380) were women and 50.1 percent (381) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the North Wichita News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 38. In the 65 and over age range, there were 105 females and 50 males.
