Full-Time Public Works Vacancy

The City of Sedgwick has a vacancy for a Full-Time Utility Maintenance worker. Under the direction of the City Administrator and/or City Superintendent, the Utility Maintenance Worker assists maintaining water and sewer lines, repairing streets, and operating department equipment. This employee should possess a strong mechanical aptitude, effective communication and public relation skills. Must have a valid driver’s license and be at least 18 years of age. Pay range is $14 to $18.50 DOQ. Benefits include KPERS retirement, Health Care, Vision and Dental. Additional certifications/experience may qualify for a higher position. Position open until filled. Full-Time Utility Clerk Vacancy

The City of Sedgwick has a vacancy for a Full-Time Utility Clerk. Under the supervision of the City Administrator and/or City Clerk, the Utility Clerk works directly with the public, performs data entry and provides administrative support. This employee should possess excellent communication, public relation and organizational skills. Must be at least 18 years of age. Pay range is $13 to $18 DOQ. Benefits include KPERS retirement, Health Care, Vison and Dental. Position open until filled. EOE
