KDHE Required Survey- Response Needed
Due to the changes to the drinking water regulations by the EPA, the City of Colwich is required to gather this information from every residence.
When you receive the letter in the mail, please complete this survey and return it by mail to PO Box 158 or drop it off at the city building, 310 S. 2nd St.
